Excellent. We needed a new water heater. Called him in the morning around 9 am. He came a around 11am. In and out in an hour.
We called this company as a second resort. Our hot water tank needed to be changed and the initial appointed company refused to do the job, stating that one of our pipes was not properly positioned. Mr. Morin arrived on site and the tank was changed in an hour, with no pipes alterations! He has been very courteous and the service was flawless. We also appreciate the extra mile from his assistant who cleaned the water which was on the floor following the removal of the old tank. We were very impressed with their service level. We also had a water hammer effect in the bathroom, so we asked, if they would have time to take a look, they actually fixed the problem. The service was absolutely worth the call and the price was fair and truly justified. We were under a time sensitive situation and this company has responded promptly and professionally to our needs.
Excellent service.J'ai contact M Morin aujourd'hui pour une urgence de plomberie et il est venu la journe mme, a rgl mon problme avec une solution dont le cot s'est avr trs raisonnable et dans un moment o j'tais trs vulnrable... S'il m'avait propos une solution trois fois plus chre, j'aurais t dans l'obligation de dire oui mais en aucun moment j'ai senti qu'il profitait de mon problme pour abuser.La conclusion agrable un problme dsagrable. Je n'hsiterais pas du tout recommander les services de M Morin quiconque besoin d'un plombier comptent qui vous traite avec respect, courtoisie fait un bon travail un prix raisonnable.Merci M. Morin
Suite une fuite, ils sont venus sur place le jour mme et la rparation a t effectue en moins de 30 minutes, prix raisonnable. Service impeccable et courtois!
