Aprs des annes essayer diffrents cours de yoga, j'ai enfin trouv. Coup de coeur pour l'endroit si bien dcor, propre et bien pens. Je vous recommande chaudement le cours de prparation yoga. Que du bon, un massage pour le corps et l'esprit. Un cadeau vous faire chaque semaine!
Super endroit pour le yoga. Yoga chaud, et parfois "normal" offerts. Trs convivial, Josianne, la propritaire, est une perle!. Plusieurs cours (dont cours d'introduction) sont disponibles. Forfaits varis. Tout est beau et propre. Service de massage aussi disponible.
