If you're branded as Staples and have a press 1 for English option, I would highly recommend having someone who speaks English pick up the phone :)The English options in the automated menus just send you in a loop for 20 minutes and whoever ends up picking up the phone doesn't speak much English and is somewhat rude about it. I'll spare you the details but it was not a pleasant experience. It's no so bad for business since most people in Candiac, La Prairie and such are francophones but it's pretty bad for the Staples brand as a whole...

I'll spare the details but can tell you that excellence in customer service was definitely NOT invented in this store. If you want respect and good service make the detour to Bureau en Gros at 10/30 and forget Candiac store.
